Step 4: Top Rail Attachment:

• Remove the remaining rail from the box and position as shown in Diagram 4a & 4b.
• Slide the rail U-brackets over the canisters and slide the entire rail up against the axle assembly, making
sure to seat the axle into the bearing on the top rail.
