Add Sound Memo to Still Pictures
You can add sound to still pictures or change the audio that has already been
recorded,
How to use an external microphone...
Sound can be recorded with an external microphone (optional). Use only
microphones exclusively made for digital cameras.

Press .
● The Menu screen appears.

Press on the Arrow pad and
select , then press .

Point the microphone in the direc-
tion of the sound you want to
record.
● For clear sound, the microphone
should be no further than 1m from
the subject.

Press the OK button and start
recording.
● Recording time is approx. 4 sec-
onds.
● During recording, a progress bar
appears.

● Sound recording is not possible with protected images.
● Sound recording is not possible on write-protected cards.
● Sound recording is not possible on a card with inadequate memory.
● When new sound is recorded, the previously recorded sound is erased.
