Audio les

The creates the following types of audio les according to the recording channel.

• Channels 1–16: mono WAV les

• Channels 17/18, 19/20 and MASTER: stereo WAV les

The le format depends on the sampling rate (→ "Changing the sampling rate") and quantization bit depth

(→ "Changing the recording format") used by the unit.

The can also play back audio les created using DAW software (→ "Importing audio les from USB

ash drives").

NOTE

• The names given to audio les depend on their channels.

Channels 1–16: TRACK01–TRACK16

Channels 17/18, 19/20: TRACK17_18, TRACK19_20

MASTER: MASTER

• If the le size exceeds 2 GB during recording, a new le will be created automatically in the same proj-

ect and recording will continue without pause. When this happens, numbers like “-01” and “-02” will

be added to the ends of the le names.



Deleting audio les

Audio les that are not needed can be deleted.
