Service
For questions regarding operation or r
epair of the PRM or ZWT, contact Boston
Scientic using the information on the back cover. The PRM and ZWT must be
serviced by Boston Sci entic personnel only.
If the PRM or ZWT malfunction and requi re repair, help to ensure efcient
service by following these guideline s:
1. Leave the conguration of the instrument exactly as it was at the time
of malfunction. Contact Boston Scientic using the information on the
back cover.
2. Write a detailed description of the malfunction(s).
3. Save printouts or othe r materials that illustrate the prob lem.
4. If the PRM or ZWT must b e returned to
Boston Scientic for service,
pack it in the shipping container in which it was rece ived or in a s hipping
container provided by Boston Scientic.
5. For the shipping address, contact Boston Scientic using the information
on the back cover.
For problems or que stions that arise reg arding operation or repair of the
optional external printer, contact the printer manufacturer or agent.
HANDLING
Tr oubleshooting
If the PRM or ZWT does not operate properl y, check that electrical cords and
cables are secure ly connected and that cords and cables are in good working
order (i.e., free of visible defects). Possible causes and corrective actions for
problems are show n below. For external printer problems, refer to the manual
for the external printer.
