The H4n Pro features a HOLD function that
disables button operation to prevent misop

eration during recording.
If you press any button while HOLD is
active, the screen will display “Key Hold” for
two seconds. To deactivate HOLD, slide the
POWER switch away from HOLD.
Slide the POWER switch
toward HOLD.
