Q: Why can't my device connect to the network?

· Is the hard drive broken?
· Is the search period valid?
· Whether the equipment system me is correct
Q: Why can't I find the video files?
A: Please check
· Has the camera been added to the NVR?
· Is the camera too far away from the NVR?
· Is there a metal mesh or thick wall near the camera?
· It is recommended to use an extended antenna to bypass obstacles
