Q1: How to connect the watch to your phone? 1. Download ‘Zeroner' App and register an account, turn on the Bluetooth of the smart phone. Tips：Don't connect the watch directly in phone’s Bluetooth. 2. Open the App, click 'Device'→ 'Watch'→ '➕', when 'CS201C' appears in the list, click 'Connect’ to complete the binding. 3. You can refer to the following illustration steps.

Q2: How to disconnect and reconnect the watch? For iOS: After you disconnect the watch, please forget this device in the phone’s Bluetooth, otherwise the watch will not connect with other phones. Open the App→ Click 'Device'→ 'Unbind' in App to disconnect the watch→ open 'phone settings'→ Click 'Bluetooth'→ Select 'CS201C'→ Click '(i)'→ Click 'Forget This Device', then enter the App, Click 'Device'→ 'Watch'→ '➕' to reconnect.

Q3: How to change the watch face? You can customize the watch face by following the steps below: Method 1(on the watch) : 1. Tap and hold the home screen. 2. Swipe to choose one watch face and tap to confirm. Method 2 ( in the app) : 1. Enter the App, Click 'Device'→ 'Change dials'. 2. Select a watch face or choose a photo in your phone album to display on the home screen. (The first one is Customized Watch Face, the others is Cloud Watch Face) 3. Tap 'Confirm' to finish setting.

Q4: How to receive message notifications? 1. Connect the watch with Zeroner app and click 'Device'→'Smart Reminder' 2. Choose the social application you want to receive. For example, if you want to receive Facebook notification, turn on 'Facebook' option and allow notification. 3. The watch is notified by getting the message in the notification banner of the smart phone, so please allow the app to obtain the notification permissions.

Q5: How to change the mode and cycle times of the vibration reminder? The watch is notified by vibration. You can select the vibration mode and the number of cycles in the App. It contains five main notifications (Call, Clock, Sedentary Reminder, Message, Heart rate guide) Enter the App, Click 'Device'→ 'Vibration Reminder'→ Choose mode and cycles.

Q6: How to change the language of the app and watch? App: The App language will automatically follow the phone system language, just set the corresponding language in the phone system. Watch: The watch language needs to be set in the App, Click 'Device'→ 'Language Switch'. Note: After you restore the watch to factory settings, long press the side button to turn on the watch and the language selection interface will be displayed. You can choose your preferred language.

Q7: How to measure heart rate, how to get a more accurate heart rate value? Real Time Heart Rate: Swipe left on the home screen to select the 'HR' icon, and wait for about ten seconds to get the real-time heart rate. Auto Heart Rate: You can also turn on 24-hour heart rate monitoring in the App, so you can get a graph of heart rate changes, and the data can be viewed in the App.

Q8: How to get sleep monitoring and the specific time period for monitoring? The watch itself does not have a sleep icon, it will automatically track your sleep from 8 PM to 9 AM, and the data will be displayed in the App. The time period of sleep monitoring is the default and cannot be changed. The watch monitors the user's body movement data through a gravity sensor and a body movement recorder to generate sleep data.
