62 PHONE CALLS
Video Calling
Your phone supports video calling. The Video call and Enhanced
LTE Services settings must be enabled before you can place or
receive video calls. (See Phone Calls – Adjusting Your Call Settings
– Turning Video Call On or O and Settings – Wireless & Networks –
Enhanced LTE Services.)
Note: Not available in all calls. See carrier for details.
Placing a Video Call
1. From the home screen, tap .
2. Enter the phone number with the dialpad.
3. Tap
to place the call.
Note: When Wi-Fi is enabled, your phone can route video calls via
Wi-Fi networks automatically, depending on the signal strength
of your current Wi-Fi connection.
Switching Between Voice and Video
1. While in a call, tap Switch call type, or wait to receive a prompt
from the other caller.
2. Select an option (not all will be available for all calls):
Show me: Switch to a one-way video call, in which the caller
sees you, but you don’t see them.
Video: Switch to a two-way video call, in which you and the
other caller see one another.
Voice: Switch to a voice call without video.
Hide me: Switch to a one-way video call, in which you see
the caller, but they don’t see you.
