4. Right click any selected contacts and select Export to Outlook.
Copy files between phone and computer
For example, transfer photos from handset to your computer using
PC Suite:
1. Press OK Key [Menu] to enter main menu.
2. Select Settings > Handset > PC Connection > USB.
3. In PC Suite interface, select the Multimedia tab.
4. Double click on My Phone in the bottom left hand corner.
5. Double click on Photos to expand the folder structure.
6. Double click on My Pictures to see the picture files on the right
hand side.
7. Drag the required file from the file list and drop it into the required
destination folder on the PC, and the file will be copied to the
destination folder.
Notes:
f Files can only be transferred into folders.
f Drag and drop is a method of copying file. Click on the file,
hold down the left mouse button, move the mouse pointer
to the required destination and release the left mouse but-
ton to drop the file to that location. Alternately right click on
the file and use Copy and Paste from the menu.
