Installing g Your Devic ce 1. Open the frront cover. 2. Install a (U)S SIM card to the (U)SIIM card slot. WARNING G! Your device do oes not support micro o-SIM cards, nano-SIM cards or any other no on-standard SIM carrds. To avoid damag ge to the device, do not use u those cards or any card holders.
3. Install a microSDHC card to the microSDHC card slot. 4. Close the front cover.
Connectting to Your Device Using USB B Connector Insert the devicce into your computter’s USB port securrely. The operating systtem automatically detects d and identifiies your device and starrts the installation wizzard. NOTE: If the system does not automaticallyy launch installation, you can click the device e installation icon in My M Computer > ZTEMODEM to install the so oftware.
Using Wi-F Fi 1. Supply powe er to your device by connecting to your computer c or using othe er accessories. 2. Ensure thatt your computer orr other client devices have enabled Wi-Fi, and search for avvailable wireless netw works. NOTE: Refer to your Wi-Fi-enabled clien nt device manual fo or further details on how w to search for wirele ess networks. If yo ou use a computer, you need to set your computer to obtain an IP address automatically. 3.

Configuring Your PC The following procedure describes how to configure the Internet Protocol in Windows 7 for your Wi-Fi connection. 1. Right-click Network and select Properties. 2. Select Change adapter settings. 3. Right-click Wireless Network Connection and select Properties. 4. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and click Properties. 5. Select Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically, and click OK.
