Marking an email as read/unread
You can mark an email or batch of emails as read or unread.
• While reading a message, tap
> Mark unread.
• While in a message list (for instance, the inbox), tap the circle in front of the
message(s) and then tap
(mark read) or (mark unread).
Deleting an email
You can delete an email or a batch of emails.
• While reading a message, tap

• While in a message list (for instance, the inbox), tap the circle in front of the
message(s), and then tap
.
Note: If you delete an email by mistake, tap UNDO.
Adding and editing email accounts
Adding an email account
After setting up your rst email account (see Email - Setting up the rst email
account), you can add more email accounts and manage them separately.
1. From your inbox, tap
> Settings > Add account.
2. Follow the prompts to set up the account as you did with the rst one.
Note: You can also add accounts from the Settings app (see Accounts -
Adding or removing accounts - Adding an account).
Editing an email account
You can change a number of settings for an account. The options you can
congure depend on the type of account.
1. From your inbox, tap
> Settings.
2. Tap the account whose settings you want to change.
3. Make the changes you want, and press the Back key when you’re nished.
Deleting an email account
1. From your inbox, tap
> Settings.
2. Tap the account you want to delete, and then tap Remove account from
this device.
3. Tap OK to conrm. All email messages in the account will be deleted from
your phone.
Changing general email settings
General settings apply to all email accounts you add.
1. From your inbox, tap
> Settings > General settings.
2. Make the changes you want, and press the Back key when you’re nished.
