repair service.

order to receive warranty service at no charge. If the warranty has expired on
the device, charges may apply.

• A valid Proof of Purchase
• Return address
• Daytime phone number or fax number
• Model number
• IMEI number (Look for the 15-digit IMEI number behind the battery of
the device.)
