Reset options
Open Settings and touch System > Reset options to reset the
network setting, app preferences or the phone to factory status.
 Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth: Reset all network settings
including Wi-Fi, mobile data and Bluetooth.
 Reset app preferences: Reset app preferences. No app data
will be deleted.
 Erase all data (factory reset): Reset your phone to factory
default settings. You can also choose to erase all your data in
the internal storage or the microSD card.
Device rating & feedback
Open Settings and touch System > Device rating & feedback to rate
your device and send the feedback.
About phone
Open Settings and touch System > About phone to view important
phone information and legal information.
Software updates
Open Settings and touch Software updates to check for system
updates and install them when they become available.
