1 This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules and the
requirements adopted by the ACTA. On bottom of this equipment i s a
label that con

ains, among other in

ormation, a product identifier of
QW
EST C1000Z. If requested, this number must be provided to the
t
elephone company.
2 If this equipment DL causes harm to the
t
elephone network, the
telephone company will notify you i n advance that temporary
discontinuance of service may be required. But if advance notice i isn’t
practical, the telephone company will notify the cus
t
omer as soon as
possible.
