The following table describes the labels in this screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Active Select this check box to enable DHCP relay.
Remote
DHCP Server

Enter the IP address of a DHCP server in dotted decimal notation.
Relay Agent
Information
Select the Option 82 check box to have the switch add the port numbers to client TCP/IP
configuration requests that it relays to a DHCP server.
Information Select the check box to add the switch name to the DHCP client TCP/IP configuration requests
that it relays to a DHCP server. This field is read only.
Add Click Add to inset the entry to the summary table below.
Cancel Click Cancel to reset the fields back to your previous configuration.
