LABEL DESCRIPTION
CallPickupDirect This is the code used to pick up calls for your extension from a
different extension. The programmable key LED of the
corresponding extension will blink quickly when the extension
receives in incoming call. Press the programmable key number to
pick it up.
CallTRF This is the code used to transfer calls and it corresponds to the
TRANSFER action key on the V500’s front panel. It allows you to
transfer an active call to a third party.
For more information about transferring calls, refer to Chapter 2
on page 44.
Conf This is the code used for conference calls and it corresponds to
the CONFERENCE action key on the V500’s front panel. It allows
you to add a third party to an existing call.

on page 43.
DNDOff This is the code used to turn the Do Not Disturb feature off for
this extension.
DNDOn This is the code used to turn the Do Not Disturb feature on for
this extension.
