The following table describes the labels in this screen.
5.3 Wi-Fi Settings Screen
Use this screen to enable the wireless LAN, enter the SSID and select the wireless security mode.
Note: If you are configuring the LTE4506 from a computer connected to the wireless LAN and
you change the LTE4506’s SSID, channel or security settings, you will lose your wireless
connection when you press Apply to confirm. You must then change the wireless
settings of your computer to match the LTE4506’s new settings.
To access this screen, click Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Settings.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Wi-Fi Status
SSID 1/ SSID2 The SSID (Service Set IDentity) identifies the service set with which a wireless device is
associated. Wireless devices associating to the access point (AP) must have the same SSID.
This displays the basic wireless settings of SSID 1 and SSID 2.
SSID 1/ SSID2 This displays a descriptive name used to identify the LTE4506 in the 2.4GHz/5GHz wireless LAN.
Encryption This field displays the level of wireless security the LTE4506 is using.
MAC Address This field displays the 2.4GHz/5GHz wireless adapter MAC Address of your device.
Channel This field displays the channel number which you select manually.
