Follow the steps below to configure the wireless settings on your EMG3435-Q20A.
The instructions require that your hardware is connected (see the Quick Start Guide) and you are
logged into the Web Configurator through your LAN connection (see
Section 2.2 on page 14).
1 Make sure the WIFI switch (at the back panel of the EMG3435-Q20A) is set to ON.
2 Open the Expe rt > Wire le ss > Wire le ss screen in the AP’s Web Configurator.
3 Confirm that the wireless LAN is enabled on the EMG3435-Q20A.
4 Select to configure the wireless settings for the 2.4GHz wireless radio.
5 Enter SSID_Exa m ple 3 as the SSID and select C ha nne l- 06 as the channel. Set security mode to WPA2- PSK
and enter Thisism yWPA- PSKp re - sha re dke y in the Pre - Sha re d Ke y field. Click A pply.
6 Click Expe rt > Sta tus to open the Sta tus screen. Verify your wireless and wireless security settings under
De vic e Info rma tio n and check if the WLAN connection is up under Inte rfa c e Sta tus.
