Maintenance
39.1 Overview
This chapter explains how to configure the screens that let you maintain the firmware and configuration
files.
39.1.1 What You Can Do
• Use the Maintenance screen (Section 39.2 on page 321) to upload the latest firmware.
• Use the Firmware Upgrade screen (Section 39.3 on page 324) to upload the latest firmware.
• Use the Restore Configuration screen (Section 39.4 on page 326) to upload a stored device
configuration file.
• Use the Backup Configuration screen (Section 39.5 on page 326) to save your configurations for later
use.
• Use the Custom Default screen (Section 39.6 on page 327) to allow a customized default file to be
used when you reboot the Switch.
• Use the Tech-Support screen (Section 39.7 on page 328) to create reports for customer support if
there are problems with the Switch.
39.2 The Maintenance Screen
Use this screen to manage firmware and your configuration files. Click Management > Maintenance in
the navigation panel to open the following screen.
