38.4 The Skill Screen
This screen allows you to manage the ACD skills. It can also serve as a jumping off point for
creating new ones or editing ones previously created.
Click Configuration > PBX > ACD > Skill to open this screen.

Each field is described in the following table.
Agent Name Enter the name of the agent associated with this ID. It can be any combination
of 1~32 alphanumeric characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9). No asterisks (*) or
exclamation points (!) allowed.
Description
Enter a description for this agent ID. It can be any combination of 0~64
alphanumeric characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9). No asterisks (*) or exclamation points
(!) allowed.
OK Click OK to save your customized settings and exit this screen.
Cancel Click Cancel to exit this screen without saving.

Add Click this to create a new entry.
Edit Double-click an entry or select it and click Edit to open a screen where you can
modify it.
Remove To remove an entry, select it and click Remove. The ISG50 confirms you want to
remove it before doing so.
# This field is a sequential value, and it is not associated with a specific entry.
Skill Number
This indicates the phone number dialed to reach the agents associated with this
particular skill.
Skill Name
This indicates the name of the skill.
Description This displays the description associated with this skill.
