Troubleshooting
32.1 Overview
This chapter offers some suggestions to solve problems you might encounter. The potential problems are
divided into the following categories.
• Power and Hardware Problems
• Device Access Problems
• Internet Problems
• WiFi Problems
• UPnP Problems
32.2 Power and Hardware Problems
One of the LEDs does not behave as expected.
1 Make sure you understand the normal behavior of the LEDs.
2 Check the hardware connections.
3 Inspect your cables for damage. Contact the vendor to replace any damaged cables.
4 Turn the Zyxel Device off and on.
5 If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
32.3 Device Access Problems
I do not know the IP address of the Zyxel Device.
