5.4 Configuring Your Settings
Use this section to configure your NBG-417N settings while in AP Mode.
5.4.1 LAN Settings
Click Network > LAN to see the screen below.
Note: If you change the IP address of the NBG-417N in the screen below, you will need to
log into the NBG-417N again using the new IP address.

Maintenance
System General Use this screen to view and change administrative settings such
as system and domain names, password and inactivity timer.
Time Setting Use this screen to change your NBG-417N’s time and date.
Logs View Log Use this screen to view the logs for the categories that you
selected.
Tools Firmware Use this screen to upload firmware to your NBG-417N.
Configuration Use this screen to backup and restore the configuration or reset
the factory defaults to your NBG-417N.
Restart This screen allows you to reboot the NBG-417N without turning
the power off.
Sys OP Mode General This screen allows you to select whether your device acts as a
Router or a Access Point.
Language This screen allows you to select the language you prefer.

Server
Select this to let the DHCP server in the gateway assign the NBG-417N IP address.
User Defined
LAN IP
Select this to give the NBG-417N a static IP address.
IP Address Type the IP address in dotted decimal notatiion. The default setting is 192.168.1.2.
If you change the IP address you will have to log in again with the new IP address.
