The LAN parameters of the WAP3205 are preset in the factory with the following values:
• IP address of 192.168.1.2 with subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 (24 bits)
11.3.1 LAN TCP/IP
The WAP3205 has built-in DHCP server capability that assigns IP addresses and DNS servers to
systems that support DHCP client capability.
11.3.2 IP Alias
IP alias allows you to partition a physical network into different logical networks over the same
Ethernet interface. The WAP3205 supports three logical LAN interfaces via its single physical
Ethernet interface with the WAP3205 itself as the gateway for each LAN network.
11.4 LAN IP Screen
Use this screen to change the IP address for your WAP3205. Click Network > LAN > IP.
