Physicians, nurses, PAs, clinicians, and emergency personnel everywhere are often faced with a dilemma in blood pressure management. When patients come in all shapes and sizes, it is difficult to determine the necessary sizes and quantities of cuffs for everyday use. This can result in over- or under-ordering of cuffs, patient mis-cuffing and skewed blood pressure measurements, and size confusion. ADC presents a solution to this problem: the System 5™ Multicuff Kit, model 740. System 5™ combines a top-of-the-line trigger-style palm aneroid with five cuffs in varying sizes so that the correct size is always at hand. Sizes are clearly marked to avoid confusion, and each size - in addition to the gauge - has its own labeled pocket in the included lightweight, attaché-style case.
