The Alere Clearview® RSV Test is an in vitro inmmunoassay that provides fast, highly sensitive and specific test for Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). In four easy steps, it requires no hands-on time and includes built-in controls for reliable, accurate results in just 15 minutes. CLIA waived, easy-to-use and convenient, it can be used with multiple sample types - nasopharyngeal swabs or aspirates. Designed to aid in the rapid diagnosis in children under 6 years and adults over age 60. Shelf life is 12 months.
