The new series of professional electronic drum kits of high-end named "Strike" by Alesis consists of two models: Zone, a 5 pieces plus 3 cymbals pads and Pro, composed from 6 pieces plus 5 flat pads. These kits are aimed at overcome the limits of traditional acoustic batteries pleasing even the most orthodox drummers thanks to innovative pads with mesh skins installed on real ones plywood drums of standard dimensions (8 ", 10", 12 ", 14") and new trigger pads for 3-zone dishes covered in rubber, therefore more silent, extremely sensitive and realistic in the emulation of the dishes traditional, with a wider section dedicated to the bell and a particular hammered finish. The sound module included with the Zone and Pro kits is the new Strike Performance Module equipped with 200 ready-to-use presets programmed using the integrated wavetable it includes 1000 different instruments sampled in detail.
