AB168 is a portable audio interface for use with Allen & Heath GLD and Qu mixer series in live applications e installations. Equipped with 16 mic preamps with Phantom power indicators and 8 XLR line outputs, thanks to the Allen & Heath proprietary SNAKE protocol, the AudioRack AB168 is compatible with the Qu e range mixers GLD. Integrating a Qu or GLD system with an AB168 rack allows to place some or all I / O up to 120m from the mixer. The unit connects to the Qu / GLD mixers via a single cable Cat5 or AudioRack AR2412 via the dSNAKE port EtherCon. There is a second EtherCon port for the connection to another AB168 rack or to the ME personal system mixing. AB168 performs the auto-update of the firmware for synchronize with the system.
