AnyBus X gateway - CANopen master - Ethernet/IP adapter The AnyBus X gateway CANopen connects an Ethernet/IP network to a subordinate CANopen network and thus enables the integration of CANopen devices into an Ethernet/IPSPS system. FAST TRANSFER OF I/O DATA The X-gateway is primarily intended for the transmission of cyclic I/O data between the two networks. The I/O data of the Ethernet/IP network is written to CANopen objects that can be assigned to CANopen PDOs and vice versa. The gateway is a full master/manager in the CANopen network and an adapter/slave in the Ethernet/IP network. The data transfer between the two networks is transparent and up to 510 bytes can be transferred in each direction. SIMPLE CONFIGURATION – NO PROGRAMMING REQUIRED HMS recommends the AnyBus Configuration Manager - CANopen for CANopen configuration.
