Armstrong S-288 Premium Vinyl Flooring Adhesive for full spread adhesive installation of fiberglass-backed sheet flooring. A water-based resin adhesive that is moisture and alkali resistant. Up to 1 hour working time strong early grab. Maybe used on all grade levels over concrete, existing resilient floors, ceramic, terrazzo, marble, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, polymeric poured floors and suspended wood.
