Beckman Coulter COULTER ISOTON III Diluent

The COULTER ISOTON III Diluent is used with the COULTER HmX hematology analyzer in order to analyze whole blood cell samples. This reagent dilutes a blood sample in order to count and size the blood cells. It acts as an isotonic buffered diluent allowing the sample to be analyzed for different blood cell types, like red blood cells and platelets.
