Note: The 1" jaw size is obtained by taking out the jaw and using it without any attachment. The kit, with a tough plastic case, includes a 15" Master Crimper that crimps 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and 1" copper crimp rings, interchangeable 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and 1" crimping jaws, and a Go/No-Go crimp gauge. Crimp tool conforms to ASTM F1807 specifications for PEX connections in potable water and radiant heating systems. The Crimp/Clamp Tools are user adjustable. When the tool makes unsatisfactory crimps it must be adjusted (use adjust pin). The Crimp/Clamp Tools must be checked for correct adjustment at the start of every day. Each clamp ring shall be gauged to ensure that it has been crimped properly and for the accuracy of the tool.
