The Bosch Starter Kit contains a powerful 18 V Li-Ion battery and the matching quick charger. The battery has a capacity of 4 Ah, which allows many Bosch devices to work long hours. The battery fits all devices of the 18 V Power4All series. The big advantage with this system is that not every device has to be bought with one battery, but cheaper device versions without its own battery can be used. As a result, the batteries are used more often, which prevents self-discharge and extends the life. The supplied quick charger fills the battery up to 80% in only 65 minutes, so that the breaks are kept short. Even intermediate loading is possible at any time thanks to Li-Ion technology.
