Here's an easy way to make sure a door or window is shut. The Brookstone Door/Window Sensor connects to your home's WiFi. Whenever the sensor is triggered by a change in contact status, the app automatically alerts you so you'll know whether the door or window is opened or closed. This sensor can also work with other compatible products (sold separately) to trigger actions such as when the door opens, a connected light turns on.
