About a pump, the bath water is removed or blown through an air blower under pressure into the tub. The addition of air increases the massage pressure and makes the water softer. The Whirlpool Montpellier also has an electronic operating concept, an automatic disinfection system, an electronic dry-running protection and an automatic blow-out program.
