Large dial thermostats allow for quick and easy temperature adjustments which provide a full range of cooking options. Illuminated Power and Ready lights indicate when the heating elements are on and when the oil is ready for cooking. The heating elements and electrical controls can be disassembled from the rest of the fryer for easy clean up. Dual 3.0 Liter (6.0 Liters total) cooking tanks keep foods separate and can cook multiple batches at one time, ensuring your meal is hot and ready at the same time.
