The aluminum TR705MONO-V9 Traverse Pro Monopod with Folding Base and V-9 Head from Davis & Sanford has a load capacity of 12 lb and 5 sections, secured by flip-locks, that extend to 70" while folding down to 29". The monopod has a base with 3 rubber-edged feet with a diameter of 10" that are attached to the monopod via a locking ball head. The feet can be removed from the TR705MONO-V9 if desired and used as a low angle tripod for nature or macro work. Convenience features include a wrist strap, foam-cushioning on the top section, and a combination 1/4"-20 / 3/8"-16 threaded screw to mount tripod heads or cameras.
