Delta Breez 70HS is built for easy compact installation and to make controlling bathroom humidity effortless. The compact housing size of 7-1/2" 7-1/4" x 4" makes this item the perfect fan replacement for existing builder-grade fans. The 70HS can be set to operate in either of two modes- humidity sensing or full speed. An LED indicator light is blue when in humidity sensing mode and amber when in full speed mode. The innovative DC brushless DC motor is designed for long life and low power consumption.
