As originally designed, the right side is a secondary bedroom and beautiful sunroom, but there?s an optional layout for a full guest suite with sitting area. Originally designed on a slab foundation, there are stairs up to an available 425 square feet of storage, or finish to suit. Would you prefer a standard corner kitchen walk-in pantry AND powder bathroom, or an enormous pantry? You decide! There?s also a planning center off the kitchen which could instead open to the bedroom for a second walk-in closet. If this plan is to be built on the optional basement foundation, the upper level bonus room cannot be built.
