The chalk reel refill cap offers a 1/4 turn design that creates an easier and quicker chalk refill process than the standard fully threaded cap. An integrated clutch system ensures a free and smooth line release, which can be used while the chalk reel handle is stored in position. For added convenience, the stainless steel line hook features smooth, curved teeth that help maintain positive engagement to material while snapping a line.
