Produced from real distiller barrels from European Distillers. In the aging process of the wine and liquor, it creates a char on the inside of the barrel that is loaded with flavor and aroma. These barrels are chipped to make smoking chips which impart a rich and flavorful experience when you use it in your BBQ. We have very tight quality control to produce a nice uniform chip; they are ground so fine you could blend with BBQ Pellets. Our product is not dried out like most companies.
