Dobar's innovative Solar-Landsonne insect hotel has a solar cell on the roof. Insects are usually attracted to light sources. In the daytime in direct sunlight, the battery recharges and at dusk and darkness, the three warm white LED lights start to light up on different levels. This is done automatically by a light sensor, which registers the lighting conditions of the environment. A red toggle switch on the right side panel also turns off the automatic lighting. The rooms of the hotel are filled with natural materials such as wood shavings, reed stakes, branches or stones, so that the different needs of the hotel guests can be optimally met.
