Dynaudio Excite X28 Center

The Excite X28 Center is the larger center channel speaker in Dynaudio's Excite series. If your main speakers are Dynaudio, it's best to use one of their centers, too, because no other company has Dynaudio's state-of-the-art driver technology. The X28's tweeter and woofers are a sweet sonic match for the other Excite models. You can position the X28 Center flat on a tabletop, or use the supplied metal base to angle the speaker slightly upward for below-screen placement. All Dynaudio woofers use the company's Magnesium Silicate Polymer (MSP) cone material. It combines low mass, high rigidity, and ideal internal damping, to respond instantly to whatever's happening onscreen. Each MSP cone is molded in one geometrically-perfect piece, which helps to optimize sound dispersion. It also eliminates the need for a separate dust cap, further enhancing the cone's structural integrity. The X28 Center has dual 5-1/2" woofers flanking the tweeter.
