The NDIR two-beam process with auto-calibration is particularly long-term stable and insensitive to impurities. By the factory-side multi-point CO2 and temperature adjustment and the excellent temperature compensation exact CO2 measurements are possible over a wide range of temperature applications. The influence of the ambient pressure on the CO2 measurement accuracy is automatically compensated by the integrated pressure sensor. The measurement data with a measuring range of up to 1% CO2 are available on the digital interface I2C or E2. An optional kit enables easy configuration of the module and setting of the CO2, rH, T and p measurement via the E2 interface. The CO2 measurement interval of the EE894 can be configured individually. This reduces the power consumption of the module to 420 μA. This is ideal for use in battery-operated devices, among other things.
