The ability to cook 3 baskets of food per frypot, allows for oil and energy usage reduction, between 12 to 20% less oil and up to 50% less energy, while also ideal for everything from fries to bone-in chicken to other breaded foods. Frymaster's thermo-tube heat transfer system provides superior heat-to-oil transfer that saves energy and extends oil life.
