Fulgor Milano 28" Insert Ventilation To complement their stellar cooking appliances in the kitchen - which they've been making since 1949 - Fulgor Milano has now released a stainless steel insert to accompany their new line of Sophia ranges; available for gas, electric induction cooking, or dual fuel functionality. The insert is made of commercial-grade, durable stainless steel, and it also features baffle filters. Controlled by mechanical dial, the 600 CFM blower has four (4) speed settings to help draw out grease, odor and steam from all type of cooking methods. Two (2) LED lights shine brilliantly over your cuisine. Installation supports either ducted or recirculating ventilation, so there's practically no kitchen that can't support this great hood, new for Sophia ranges by Fulgor Milano.
