Gardner 4.75 Gal. Non-Fibered Foundation and Asphalt Roof Coating

A non fibered emulsion for coating roofs and foundations that helps seal many exterior surfaces. It seals and protects against moisture penetration below grade foundations as well as roofs. The product has a "paint like" consistency and is great for sealing asphalt and concrete roofs, as pre coat primer for elastomeric roof coatings and to seal concrete blocks and poured foundations, fence and deck posts, retaining walls and metal surfaces. The coating can protect and prolong the life of these substrates. The coating offers a high penetrating seal to help resist damage and deterioration due to moisture and insects. Proper application of this product can add lasting protection and preservation to many below grade surfaces. Product dries black in color. Easy water cleanup.
