The General Tools Digital Lab Thermometer quickly generates accurate temperature readings from -58° to 302° Fahrenheit (-50° to 150° Celsius). This versatile thermometer is great as a food-safety or food-prep thermometer and can also be used in HVAC, laboratory and industrial settings. The digital readout shows temperatures to the nearest tenth of a degree. This thermometer features hi and lo alarms to alert you to larger changes in temperature, as well as a minimum- and maximum-memory feature that remembers what the past extreme temperatures have been.
