The XK-1c is the smallest and lightest authentic Hammond Organ. In stark contrast to the days when a need was needed truck to carry around a B-3 Organ and a Leslie for that unmistakable Hammond sound, the XK-1c takes up much less space and is much easier to transport. The Hammond XK-1c still provides the grandeur and versatility of one industry standard like the B-3, but with more dimensions compact and weighing only 7.5 kilos. Following the example of the hugely popular series of ultra-light keyboards SK, the XK-1c uses the same Virtual Tonewheel engine as the Hammond flagship console B3-mkII, with all the elements traditional, such as the original Chorus / Vibrato and touch-sensitive percussions. It has also been integrated the most recent digital Leslie, completing the configuration classic, which is one of the most desired tools by any keyboard player of any musical genre.
