Primer is a high performance acrylic universal primer and sealer designed to provide superior hiding and sealing properties. It's low VOC and low odor formulation is recommended for interior and exterior applications on a variety of new and old surfaces. It retards efflorescence, promotes adhesion and is alkali resistant, can be applied to surfaces with a pH of 6 to 10. Primer is recommended as primer coat for new or previously painted surfaces such as: concrete, concrete block, stucco, drywall, galvanized metal, ferrous metals, vinyl, aluminum, wood and on glossy surfaces or oil-based paint.
