The Heritage Audio MCM-20.4 is an analog adder mixer rack-mount that offers vintage sounds along with sophisticated routing options to optimize the setup of your studio hybrid. The MCM-20.4 offers 16 input channels arranged in two subgroups of eight. Each channel has controls concentric levels and pan plus a balanced insert and one mute switches. Each group has its own stereo fader and its own balanced insert point. Both stereo subgroups are added passively in the master bus, which has its own insert balanced point and the VU meter. The gain is provided by a Class A microphone preamp coupled with a 1073-style preamp with four transformers (two by channel). 4 aux send channels are provided pre / post-fader: Aux 1 and 2 are mono, Aux 3 is stereo. The points send inserts are always present in the signal, giving them an alternative use as a direct output for the recording. The back panel connections are made via DB-25 connectors, except for the bus master, which has dedicated XLRs.
